the terrorist like kasab,afzal guru are given all special protection privleges n also if u remember the maharastra govt made a bullet proof,shock proof tunnel for kasab so tat he can be safeguarded and tat too in a state which is highly cash defecit…………..
anyway i dont understand the very basic reason why arent they hanging a traitor like afzal guru………..why he has filed a petetion for the president which woudl take another 10 years minimum to be executed…………..while chindram claims tat they arent soft on terror!!
on the other hand,none of the cong goverment werent present at the the tenth anniversary of vijay diwas……..n moreover when they came back in power in 2004……they refused to honour their soldiers on vijay diwas stating tat this would affect their relationships with pak…………
anyway no suficent increment in our soldiers salary during the sixth pay commission……proves their determination towards honouring their soldiers!

special protection is given to kasab and other terrorists coz hes the proff of the atacks. if hes killed then we will have no proof. special prviliges he is given? i dont know about that. again if hes given good food may be coz he remains healthy till the case is tried on.
BUT i also think that he should hanged or shot dead as soon as possible after the case is over in the court. i think they are wasting too much time in hanging him and afzal guru.

Officer Kimberly Munley of the Fort Hood Police Department is a "trained, active first responder" who acted quickly after she "just happened to encounter the gunman," said Lt. Gen. Robert Cone, Fort Hood’s commanding general.
Cone said the officer and her partner responded "very quickly" to the scene of the shootings — reportedly in around three minutes.
Munley "just happened very fortunately to be very close to the incident scene," Cone told CNN’s "American Morning."
He said she shot the gunman four times and was wounded herself in an exchange of gunfire with him.
"Really a pretty amazing and aggressive performance by this police officer," Cone said.
Authorities have identified the alleged gunman as Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, 39, an Army psychiatrist at Darnall Army Medical Center. They said he opened fire at a military processing center Thursday at Fort Hood, killing 13 people and wounding 30 others.

really can’t understand why animals like afzal guru convicted of heinous crimes are not being punished according to law? terrorism will not end and it will continue to take lives of innocent people unless strict laws were made and implemented . We enacted a series of special legislations to combat terrorism ….. MISA, NSA , TADA.,POTA,….but all these were allowed to lapse or repealed. Due to several lacunae in our governance, our system of enforcing the rules of law suffered, amply indicating our softness in fighting terrorism.
